Our approach

SaazTab hosts user-submitted chord arrangements and lyrics. We respect the rights of songwriters, publishers, and other rights holders. If you own the rights to a work and want it removed, we will act on valid notices promptly.

Filing a takedown notice

The fastest way is our takedown request form. You can also email our copyright agent at copyright@saaztab.app. A valid notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on SaazTab where the material appears.
• Your contact information (name, email, address, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

• We review the notice and remove or disable access to valid-claim material.
• We notify the user who submitted the content.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@saaztab.app including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant pursues legal action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly submit infringing content, in appropriate circumstances.
