1. About the service

SaazTab (“we”, “us”) is a community library where people share chords and lyrics for songs. Lyrics and musical works belong to their respective rights holders; we host user-submitted interpretations and chord arrangements for educational and personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. User submissions

When you submit content, you represent that:

• You created the chord arrangement yourself, or you have the right to share it.
• Your submission does not knowingly infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• You grant SaazTab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your submission on the service so others can view it.

You retain ownership of your own original contributions. Submissions are reviewed before publishing, and we may edit, reject, or remove any content at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you have no right to share.
• Post spam, malware, or abusive, hateful, or illegal material.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Scrape or bulk-export content without permission.

5. Copyright & takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on SaazTab infringes your copyright, see our Copyright / DMCA policy or submit a takedown request. We disable or remove valid-claim content and terminate repeat infringers.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaazTab is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on user-submitted content.
